We will assess the first 8,000 words of your manuscript, to the nearest chapter (or your entire manuscript if it is less than 8,000 words) using the same review process that we use for a full manuscript submission (see what that is here).

This is an excellent option if you have a short manuscript (i.e. a children’s picture book) or if you want to know whether your book has potential in the marketplace without paying for a full editorial review.
